We didn't set out to start a snack company. We set out to make Jack's mom's brownie better. Everything after that was just refusing to stop.

It started with one legendary pan of brownies and a shared conviction that nothing on a shelf came close. Jack's mom had the recipe. We had a kitchen, too much free time and no interest in going to bed early.
So we baked. Then we baked again. We tweaked ratios, burned a few pans, argued about edges, and ate more brownie than any two people should. Somewhere around batch forty, the thing we were chasing showed up: chewy through the middle, crisp at the corner, fudge that actually runs.
Then we shrank it to five bites a pack, so the best brownie you've ever had could live in a bag on your counter instead of a pan you had to plan for.
