Return and Refund Policy for Perishable Goods


Return Period:

Due to the nature of perishable goods, we do not accept returns. However, if there is an issue with your order, such as a defect, damage, or incorrect item, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.


Damages and Issues:

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours at jack@browniibytes.com with details and photos of the issue. We will evaluate the situation and take appropriate action to resolve it.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

As our products are perishable, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and freshness of our goods for all customers. Custom products, personalized items, and gift cards are also non-returnable.


Refunds for Perishable Goods:

Refunds will only be considered if a claim is made within 24 hours of delivery and if the item is found to be defective, damaged, or incorrect. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:

While the European Union allows for a 14-day cooling-off period, this does not apply to perishable goods. As such, orders shipped to the EU are not eligible for return or refund unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect as outlined above.
